What is the Fluum Connect dashboard?
The Connect dashboard shows you all your AI-matched leads in a single view. Instead of hunting for prospects manually, Fluum surfaces qualified matches daily based on your ideal client profile (ICP) and network signals.
From here you can:
- Review new matches with match scores and AI insights
- Request warm introductions with one click
- Reject matches that aren’t relevant (and improve future matching)
- Track which intros are pending, accepted, or in conversation
Understanding your match cards
Each match appears as a card showing:

This gives you the context to decide quickly whether to pursue an introduction.
How to action a match
You have two options for each match:
Get Intro
Click “Get Intro” to request a warm introduction. Fluum will:
- Send your intro request to the prospect
- Wait for them to opt in (double opt-in process)
- Create a shared chat or email thread once both parties accept
Because prospects agree to connect before you talk, response rates are typically 40-50%.
Reject
Click “Reject” if the match isn’t relevant. You’ll be asked why:
- Not matching my target — they don’t fit your ICP
- Already a client — you’re already working with them
- Already contacted — you’ve reached out before
- Does not answer — you’ve tried, no response
- Other — any other reason
This feedback helps Fluum improve your future matches.
Connecting your networks for better intro paths
The Active connectors panel shows which networks are linked to your Fluum account. The more connections you add, the better Fluum can identify warm paths to prospects.

Once LinkedIn is live, you’ll be able to import all your connections and Fluum will automatically identify warm intro paths through mutual connections, shared companies, or professional context.

When you connect Instagram (and soon LinkedIn), Fluum can:
- Identify mutual connections between you and a prospect
- Find second-degree paths (e.g. you both know someone in common)
- Surface contextual relevance (shared industries, companies, interests)
- Prioritise matches with warmer intro paths
More connections = better matches = higher response rates.
Daily match refresh
Fluum generates new matches daily. You’ll see a message like:
“Come back in about 15 hours to discover your next matches!”
This ensures you always have fresh prospects to review without overwhelming your pipeline. Check back daily to stay on top of high-fit opportunities.

FAQs
How many matches do I get per day? Depends on your plan. Pro members get 3 matches/day, Grow members get 1 match/day.
What happens after I click “Get Intro”? The prospect receives your intro request and can accept or decline. If they accept, Fluum creates a shared thread for both of you.
Why should I reject matches? Rejecting with a reason helps Fluum learn your preferences and improve future match quality.
When will LinkedIn be available? LinkedIn integration is coming soon. Once live, you’ll be able to import your connections for better B2B intro paths.
