Checkout: Asking for Phone Number

From now on, customers will be asked to enter their phone number at checkout — ensuring smoother coordination for reschedules, reminders, or last-minute updates.


How It Works

  • When you create or edit a listing, you can now add “Phone number required” as a pre-requisite.
  • Once enabled, the checkout form automatically asks customers to enter their phone number before completing the booking or purchase.
  • This number is shared only with the provider — not visible to other users.


Why It Helps

  • Easier follow-ups and confirmations.
  • Prevents no-shows and missed appointments.
  • Keeps communication simple and direct.

Tip: Add this for 1:1 sessions, in-person appointments, or any service that may need quick coordination.
