When you create services, classes, events, or digital products on Fluum, you have full control over who can see them and how they can be booked. Whether you want to hide a listing completely, keep it accessible only for direct links, or show it publicly on your Storefront, Fluum gives you simple, flexible visibility settings.

This guide explains how Listings visibility works, the difference between Public, Private, and Hidden modes.

What Visibility Options Mean

Each listing (service, class, event, or digital product) includes three visibility modes. These determine whether a listing appears publicly on your Storefront or is accessible only to selected customers.

1. Public

Select Public if you want your listing visible on your Storefront.

This means:

  • The listing appears on your public page
  • Anyone browsing your Storefront can book it
  • You can still share it via direct link
  • It helps you attract new customers who land on your profile

Best for:

Ongoing services, flagship offers, group classes, or anything you want everyone to see.

2. Private

Choose Private if you want the listing hidden from your Storefront but bookable through a direct link.

This means:

  • The listing does not appear publicly
  • Only people with the direct URL can book
  • It’s perfect for offers only meant for returning clients, VIPs, or custom sessions

Best for:

Exclusive sessions, VIP packages, hidden offers, collaborations, or content you don’t want the general public to access.

3. Hidden

Select Hidden when you want the listing completely invisible and unbookable.

This means:

  • It does not appear on your Storefront
  • It cannot be booked even with a direct link
  • No customers can see it or access it
  • You can re-enable it at any time

Best for:

Seasonal offers, paused services, old sessions, or listings you’re not ready to publish.

When Should You Make a Listing Not Appear on Your Storefront?

There are many reasons you may want to hide a listing from your Storefront:

  • You offer bespoke sessions only available through DM or direct conversations
  • You’re testing a new service privately with a couple of clients before announcing it
  • You’re running a soft launch for specific clients
  • You’re running this session only for a private community
  • You’re selling your services to B2B / Corporate / Enterprise
  • You sell high-ticket packages and only want qualified clients to access them
  • You want to keep your public Storefront clean and focused on your main offers

With Private mode, you can still share your listing via direct link — perfect for onboarding clients manually, sending VIP links, or giving returning clients access to special pricing.

How to Change Visibility Settings

  1. Open your Dashboard
  2. Go to Offerings
  3. Select the service/class/product you want to edit
  4. Scroll down to the Visibility section
  5. Choose between:
    • Public
    • Private
    • Hidden
  6. Click Save

Your listing updates instantly.

Pro Tips

  • Use Hidden when building new listings — publish only when ready.
  • Keep your Storefront focused by only showing your core offers.
  • Use Private for special collaborations, returning-client pricing, or internal tests.
  • Pair visibility settings with Conditions for powerful booking rules.
  • If you’re unsure how the listing looks, preview it using the direct link.

Summary

Fluum gives you full control over who sees your listings and who can book them:

  • Public: Visible on your Storefront for everyone
  • Private: Hidden from your Storefront but bookable via direct link
  • Hidden: Completely invisible and unbookable
  • Conditions: Control whether it’s for new clients, package clients, or returning clients

This flexibility helps you run your business exactly the way you want — with the right offers shown to the right people at the right time.
