How it works
1. Review your AI-matched leads
- Go to the Connect tab in your Fluum dashboard
- Review daily matches based on your ICP, services, and network signals
- Click on a match to see why the AI flagged them as relevant (industry, role, company size, warm path)
2. Request an intro
- Click “Request Intro” on any match you want to pursue
- Fluum generates a personalised intro message based on the prospect’s context and your services
- Edit the message or send as-is
3. Wait for double opt-in
- The prospect receives your intro request and reviews your profile
- If they’re interested, they accept the introduction
- You’ll see a status update: “[Name] has accepted your intro request. Starting conversation…”
4. Connect via shared thread
- Once both parties opt in, Fluum creates a shared chat or email thread with both of you included
- Continue the conversation directly — no awkward cold opener needed
